FAQ

Is the barcode generator free?

Yes. Single barcodes, PNG, JPG, SVG, batches and label PDFs up to 10, and image URL embeds are free — no account needed.

Can I get a refund on a paid purchase?

Get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked—even if you have used all your credits. Applies to subscriptions and credit packs.

Does generating a barcode register my product?

No. The image only encodes the value you enter — it does not register anything with GS1. For retail, get a valid product identifier first.

What should I check before printing?

Keep the quiet zone clear, use dark bars on a light background, print at actual size, and scan a sample on the reader you will use.

Where is my barcode data processed?

Preview and downloads run in your browser. The image URL sends that value to our server for the SVG — avoid private data in public URLs.

Can I generate a series of labels?

Use Batch or Labels → Generate a sequence (start, end, increment, prefix/suffix), or import a CSV with value, title and subtitle columns.
